Intelligent absolute encoder apply to the wind driven generator！

Variable pitch angle feedback sensor is critical in wind driven generator pitch control systems. At present, many domestic research and production manufacturers are striving to independently develop wind power generation unit and control systems. Therefore, an independent development wind power generation enterprise in the north has proposed high reliability and easy signal connection for the selection of sensors with variable pitch angle. It is easy to develop independently, with short delivery time and low cost.

• Everyone has chosen an absolute multi-turn encoder.
  
• The imported encoder selects the signal from the SSI output, and is connected to the imported dedicated controller with SSI interface; in fact, we also have the SSI encoder, but considering the user's convenience, our solution is to use the familiar with 4-20mA signal, the user develops the controller independently and completes independent innovation.
  
• The imported encoder selects the output of 8192 lines X4096 turns, and the signal data is  prolixity; we choose the negative declination ~ 5 circles according to the user's range, the data processing is convenient and accurate.
  
• The zero position of the imported encoder is a manual button at the back of the outer casing of the encoder. Pressing it is 0, but going back is the maximum value of data 8192x4095. In the zero position, the maximum to minimum data may actually occur. Jumping, this zero setting is not practical here; our solution is that the working range is less than zero degrees of negative declination ~ 5 turns, the zero position is 0 degrees, after installation, zeroing at zero degree angle will not occur data jump, At the same time, our zero position is a cable (for high level), which can be set manually or connected to the controller.
  
• The price of our encoder is only 50% of the import. The more important is the user cost of development, controller cost and debugging cost are all down. Not only completed the independent innovation development, but also reduced the cost greatly.
  
• In the new green energy source for wind power generation, domestic independent innovation, increasing the proportion of domestic autonomy, and exporting domestic production units are of great significance.
