      The motion control card is a 3-channel AB phase decoding count and PWM output card of a 32-bit PCI bus designed by a PCI interface chip. The card is suitable for motor control, position monitoring in CNC machine systems. It embodies all the features of the chip, including 3-channel 16-bit A/B phase encoding counter, three 16-bit PWM signal outputs, and multiple universal digital input and output channels.
       Because it is a board-level product, it also performs system-based circuit conditioning processing. For example, the encoder signal interface uses differential input reception, high-speed optical isolation; the PWM output passes through the chip OC output; the digital output input is optically isolated, and the output is also increased by the KV on tube to drive current; Isolation of the power module to increase the system's immunity to interference.
