Optical incremental encoder interface！

 Usually incremental encoder has three kinds of working power；5Vdc，10-30Vdc and 8-26Vdc,if your encoder is 11-26V,you can use 4V power of PLC.Attention as follows:
1.Encoder power flow in power is within the scope of PLC
2.If the encoder is parallel output, connected to the PLC I / 0 points, need to know about the incremental encoder signal level is push-pull type output or open collector output, if it's open collector output, there are N and P type two kinds, with the PLC I / 0 pole.If it is pushed to no problem that the output is connected.
3.If the encoder is  the driver output, general signal level is 5 v, be careful when you connect, don't let the noise of 24 v power supply in series with level 5 v signal wiring and damaged encoder signal.

Incremental encoder output pulse rotation, aware of its position by the technology and equipment, when the encoder does not move or power outage, rely on counting device internal memory to remember the location. Thus, when the power failure, the encoder does not have any movement, when work calls, encoder output pulse process, it can not have lost the pulse interference, or counting device memory two will offset, and this bias the amount of shift is not know, but the wrong signal after production results appear to know.
The solution is to increase the reference point, the encoder after every reference point, the reference position correction position count into the memory device. In the previous reference point, we can not guarantee the accuracy of the position, for which there is in each operation in the industrial go first reference point, turn the change methods
