Absolute Encoder Selection Considerations
one. Encoder conventional shape: 38MM, 58MM, 66MM, 80MM.100MM.
two. The encoder is divided into: single-turn, multi-turn.
three. Encoder divided according to the principle: magnetic absolute encoder, optical absolute encoder
four. Encoder outlet is divided into: side of the outlet, after qualifying
Fives. Encoder shaft is divided into: 6MM, 8MM, 10MM, 12MM, 14MM, 25MM.
six. The encoder is divided into: a shaft, blind holes, through holes.
Seven. Encoder protection class is divided into: IP54-68.
Eight. Encoder installation is divided into: clamping flange, servo flange, clamping with synchro flange, blind hole (spring, hold), through hole (spring, key pin)
nine. Absolute encoder accuracy is divided into: Single turn and multiturn precision accuracy, precision add up to the total, which is the usual number of bits (conventional 24, 25, for 30, 32 ....).
ten. Absolute encoder protocol Baud rate: 4800 ~ 115200 bit / s, the default is 9600 bit / s. Refresh period of about 1.5ms
11. Optional encoder output: SSI, 4-20MA, profibus-dp, DEVicenet, parallel, binary code ,, BiSS, ISI, CANopen, Endat and Hiperface etc.
