As a loyal user of the sensor, but do not know how many people care and angular displacement sensor, so that the angular displacement sensor a lot of problems in the installation, the following precautions introduced to let small angular displacement sensor is installed in use.
First, install
1, sensor mounting boss position, with screws, nuts or plate secured to the metal plate. When installing the sensor, non-shaft housing turning, drilling and other processing, to avoid the shaft or housing by external impact and pressure, axial and radial shaft allowed by the impact and pressure (static pressure should be less than 300n). Non-loose screws on the sensor, turn the fastening ring position.
2, the sensor shaft is coupled with the other parts should pay attention to the axis line to keep in a straight line (including working conditions), such as the axis deviation exists, using the universal adapter joint or bellows so as to avoid sensor shaft bending deformation, damage to other devices in order to affect the use.
3, should prevent water droplets, vapor, solvents and corrosive gas attack on the sensor to prevent metal shavings or other powder into the sensor.
4, the external sensor wiring should be soldered terminations at the waist groove, try not welded to the top end of the lead. Welding should be used no more than 45w soldering iron, soldering time should be less than 5 seconds. When not in welding and cooling should not be pulled through the wire to avoid wire brushes or entire terminals to be pulled out, or even fall off. Minimize the use of welding flux, solder oil, time should be short and avoid vapor flux through the terminals into the interior of the sensor, causing cooling after the vapor deposition surface of the resistive element, resulting in the equivalent noise resistance variation even open.
