     Incremental encoder generally given in two ways wave whose phase difference of 90 degrees, commonly referred to as Channel A and Channel B. Only one reading channel basis and gives information about the speed, at the same time, a second channel signal through the first channel received and the comparison signal sequence, the signal to give the direction of rotation. There is a signal available channel called Z or zero channel, which gives the absolute zero position of the encoder shaft. This signal is a square wave, the phase thereof with the A-channel in the same center line, the A-channel and the same width.
     Incremental encoder precision depends on the mechanical and electrical factors, which include: grating division error, eccentric disc, eccentric bearings, electronic reading device into error and inaccuracy of the optical portion, the error exists in any encoder .
