The encoder work principle

     By the circular grating and instructions grating pair of scan system, a beam of infrared light is projected on the side of the scanning system, the scanning system on the other side of the photosensitive scanning device can receive optical signals; when the circular grating is rotated, the photosensitive device changes in the received optical signal scanning occurs, the photosensitive device can transform the optical signal into an electrical signal and outputs it to the control system or instrument.

     The output signal of the encoder is generally fitted to two 90-degree phase difference signal Sin and Cos signals (which is guaranteed by the instruction window stripe groove grating); these periodic signal is equal to a gate turned round grating section (P) the travel time on the Sin signal and the Cos signal amplification and shaping can output square wave pulse signal.
