Absolute encoder Precautions

     Absolute encoder is a precision instrument, do not use force or knock, gently, with care.

     Guarantee absolute encoder power supply within the rated range, and good isolation to prevent large-scale power grid electric starter an impact on the absolute encoder

     In strong electromagnetic interference environment, the signal line is best to use a dedicated line, such as double-shielded twisted pair cable

     Absolute encoder signal lines should be done well grounded: close, shielding the inside ends of the cable should be grounded within two meters, more remote, absolute encoder metal grounding, shielded cable that comes vacant, signal extension cable shielding signal receiving end only; if the signal cable is long or outdoor use, it should be put on the signal cable metal casing, and use a metal pipe to ground at both ends

     Absolute encoder shaft and mechanical connection should use a dedicated flexible coupling
