Position measurement and feedback control principle

     In the elevator, machine tools, materials processing, motor feedback systems and measurement and control equipment, the encoder occupies an extremely important position. The encoder uses grating and infrared light source to convert the optical signal into TTL (HTL) electrical signal through the receiver. Through analyzing the TTL level frequency and high level number, the rotation angle and rotation position of the motor are reflected intuitively.

     As the angle and position can be accurately measured, so the encoder and inverter can form a closed-loop control system, the control more precise, which is why elevators, machine tools can be so precise use of the reason.
