1. Use the oscilloscope to observe the absolute encoder's highest count level signal;UVW signal encoder
Depending on the ease of operation, adjust the relative position of the encoder shaft to the servo motor shaft or the relative position of the encoder housing and the motor housing while observing the edge of the highest count bit until the transition edge is correctly present on the motor shaft , The relative position relation between the encoder and the motor is locked;
2. To reverse the motor shaft back and forth, after hand, if the motor shaft free to return to equilibrium position each time, the edge can be accurately reproduced, the alignment is valid.
