Magnetic Encoder Technology！

The optical encoder uses light to identify the current position. The principle of magnetic encoders is similar, but with magnetic field signals. A magnetic rotary disc and a magnetoresistive sensor are used inside the magnetic encoder. Magnetic rotation of the turntable will cause changes in the internal magnetic field strength, magnetoresistive sensor to detect changes in the magnetic field strength after the signal processing circuit can output signal. The number of magnetic poles, the number of magnetoresistive sensors and the manner in which signals are processed determine the resolution of the magnetic encoder. The advantage of using the magnetic field principle is that the magnetic field signal is not affected by dust, moisture, heat and vibration.
