Voltage output

This line consists of only one NPN transistor and a pull-up resistor, so when the transistor is in a static state, the output voltage is the supply voltage, which is similar to the TTL logic on the circuit and can be compatible with it. In the output, the transistor saturation, the output to 0VDC low, and vice versa from zero to positive voltage.

As the cable length, the transmitted pulse frequency, and the load increases, the impact of this line form increases. So to achieve the desired effect of the use of these effects should be taken into account. The open-collector lines cancel the pull-up resistor. In this way, the collector line of the transistor and the feedback line of the encoder power supply are mutually exclusive, so that a current output signal different from the encoder voltage can be obtained
