Hall-type displacement sensor！

Hall-type displacement sensor: its measurement principle is to keep the Hall element (see the semiconductor magnetic components) excitation current unchanged, and make it in a gradient of uniform magnetic field movement, then move the displacement is proportional to the output of the Hall Potential. The higher the gradient of the magnetic field, the higher the sensitivity; the more uniform the gradient change, the closer to the linearity of the relationship between the Hall potential and the displacement. In Fig. 2, there are three kinds of magnetic systems which produce a gradient magnetic field: a system has a linear range of narrow, the displacement of Z = 0, the Hall potential ≠ 0; b system has good linearity when Z <2 mm, Z = Hallole potential = 0; c system sensitivity is high, the measurement range is less than 1 mm. In the figure, N and S denote positive and negative poles, respectively. Hall-type displacement sensor inertia is small, high frequency response, reliable, long life, it is often used to convert a variety of non-power into displacement and then the measurement of the occasion.
