1, to avoid rigid coupling to the encoder, a leaf spring should be used.
2. When installing, the encoder should be gently pushed into the quilt shaft. It is forbidden to strike with a hammer to avoid damage to the shafting and coded disc.
3. When using for a long time, please check if the leaf spring is loose relative to the encoder; if the encoder's screw is loose.
solid shaft encoder
1. Elasticity flexible coupling connection between the encoder shaft and the output shaft of the user end to avoid damage to the encoder shaft and code wheel caused by the user's shaft movement and jumping.
2. Please pay attention to the allowed axle load when installing.
3. It should be ensured that the different axial degrees of the encoder shaft and the user output shaft are <0.20 mm, and the off angle with the axis is <1.5°.
4. It is strictly forbidden to knock and hit the collision during installation to avoid damage to the shafting and code wheel.
Electrical aspects
1. The grounding wire should be as thick as possible, generally greater than φ3.
2. The signal line of the encoder should not be connected to the DC power supply or AC current to avoid damage to the output circuit.
3. The output lines of the encoder should not overlap each other to avoid damaging the output circuit.
4. The motor and other equipment connected to the encoder should be well grounded and do not have static electricity.
5. Before starting the machine, it should be carefully checked whether the product specification matches the encoder model and the wiring is correct.
6. Shielded cables should be used for wiring.
7. When transmitting over long distances, the signal attenuation factor should be considered, and the output mode with low output impedance and strong anti-interference ability should be selected.
8. Avoid use in strong electromagnetic wave environments.
Environmental aspects
1. The encoder is a precision instrument. When using it, pay attention to whether vibration sources and interference sources around.
2. Please pay attention to the ambient temperature and humidity within the requirements of the instrument.
3. Encoders that are not leak proof structures should not be splashed with water, oil, etc., if necessary, with a protective cover.
