HAAS MPG Correction Report！

For the two returned products received on Saturday, October 27, 2018; Reasons for return: stuck and delayed signal;
Reason for stuck: After inspection, it was found that there was a bump in the appearance of the product, causing the rotation to be stuck; Cause: It may be caused by accidental fall.

Signal delay: After testing, the product supply voltage  ≤ DVC5V, the signal is normal；The supply voltage ＞ DVC5V, the 1 channel signal is lost， After re-matching and re-soldering the resistance, it returns to normal.
Cause: The relative position of the Luminous tube and the receiving tube is appear slight turbulence caused by a mismatch in the matching resistance.. The resistor does not match. Elimination of the fault after re-matching the resistor;
Corrective Action:
For bumping, in the process of subsequent logistics and transportation, it is easy to handle and paste the fragile logo.

For signal delay: increase the frequency of inspection and assembly of the installation and installation of the luminous tube, and provide skills training for the operators.
