What is rotary encoder！

A rotary encoder, also referred to as shaft encoders, angular position is an electromechanical device can convert motion or an axis or spindle, analog or digital code.
There are two main types: absolute and incremental (relative). Absolute encoder output indicates the current position of the shaft, so that their angle sensor. Incremental encoder output provides movement about the axis, which is further processed into other parts of the typical information such as speed, distance and location.
Rotary encoder is used in many applications that require axes need unlimited industrial control, robotics, special photographic lenses, the handler [1] computer input devices (such as optomechanical mice and trackballs), controlled rheological instrument, and it includes a rotating radar rotating platform.
