Absolute photoelectric encoder code disc in accordance with its use can be divided into: binary code, cyclic code (Gray code),
Decimal code, hexadecimal code (degrees, minutes, seconds system) code discs and so on. Four binary code disc (binary, Gray code) as shown
1-9. In the figure, black and white indicate light transmitting and opaque regions, respectively.
